Evaluates Evidence for Screening, Differential Diagnosis, and Management
Evaluates the latest/current evidence base for screening, differential diagnosis, and management of chronic/geriatric health problems.
Develops Therapeutic Health Plans
Develops therapeutic health plans for chronic/geriatric conditions using pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapeutic modalities.
Provides Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Education
Provides appropriate health promotion and maintenance and disease prevention patient education that is culturally appropriate and considers the patient's social, racial, educational, financial, and family needs.
