Introduction of skills necessary to succeed as a transactional securities lawyer. Complements the doctrinal LAW 662: Securities Regulation course. Simulated transactions will provide a context in which students will learn the practical skills associated with the type of transaction involved, including drafting, problem solving, and disclosure document review and analysis.
