Foundations
- The candidates will identify and describe critical historical and political events, individual texts, and education-related ideas foundational to the individual STEM education disciplines.
Personal Development
- The candidates will develop personal perspectives and philosophies of teaching and learning integrative science, technology, engineering, and mathematics based on their personal teaching contexts.
STEM Literature
- Candidates will demonstate their ability to access and synthesize extant literature relevant to education-related questions in STEM education. .
Communication
- Candidates will make sound verbal and written arguments grounded in extant literature.
