Apply professional guidelines, including the World-Readiness Standards for Learning Languages, the ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines, and the NCSSFL-ACTFL Can-Do Statements, to the teaching of literacy skills.

Select and sequence materials

Select and sequence developmentally-appropriate and authentic materials and tools for developing literacy skills at a variety of levels.

Develop effective instructional plans

Develop instructional plans and apply appropriate pedagogical techniques for developing literacy skills at a variety of levels.
