1. Critically examine and evaluate psychological theory
Students will critically examine and evaluate contemporary work in the theory and philosophy of psychology.

2. Assess the viability of contemporary work in psychology
Students will assess the conceptual and practical viability of contemporary work in the theory and philosophy of psychology by means of a critical analysis of the basic assumptions of such work, as well as its implications.
