Full-time family therapy training and practice at an approved agency.
Clinical Internship
1. Provide clinicall effective treatment in an ethical and compassionate manner to a variety of clients in a variety of settings. these settings include but are not limited to individual, couple, and family therapy, psychoeducational, or group therapy settings.
2. Demonstrate advanced knowledge, understanding and application of successful principles of marriage and family therapy in a clinical internship setting and/or act as supervisor in that setting.
3. Teach undergraduate students or agency personnel principles and issues impacting family dynamics.
