Demonstrate an understanding of corporate governance issues, shareholder rights, shareholder advocacy firms and how they affect corporations in America and other countries.

Decision making on corporate boards

Become familiar with and be able to make corporate board decisions regarding corporate governance, legal issues, executive compensation, financial oversight, financing issues, and business strategy.
