Creating Virtuous Organization

This course explores the role of business in creating a Zion community, using the lens of organizational virtue as a starting point. Students will actively engage in creating thought leadership for incorporating principles of Zion-patterned governance in business and market institutions, as well as engaging readings on this topic from a variety of religious, scholarly, and popular sources. Students will apply their work to contemporary issues in the practice of business management and work to build a cohesive school of thought that can be shared with a variety of internal and external audiences.
