Musculoskeletal Anatomy

Upon completion of this course students will be able to accomplish the following:  Demonstrate an understanding of human musculoskeletal anatomy beyond the undergraduate level.

Dissection

Demonstrate the ability to do quality dissection of the human musculoskeletal systems.

Scientific Paper

Be able to write an authoritative scientific paper exploring the relationship and importance of anatomy with regard to the assessment, immediate management, and/or rehabilitation of an athletic injury or congenital or acquired orthopedic condition.

Interrelationships

Demonstrate an understanding of the interrelationships between structure and function of the skeletal, articular, peripheral nervous, circulatory and muscular systems with regard to movement.
