Presentation Skills
Students will demonstrate the oral, interpretive, and organizational skills required to present a scientific study in a concise, informative, and professional manner.
Scientific Manuscripts
Students will demonstrate the ability to critically evaluate current scientific manuscripts in cardiovascular and respiratory physiology and explain the strengths and weaknesses of manuscripts and the individual experiments in each manuscript.
Physiology Articulation
Students will be able to articulate the keys concepts of cardiovascular and respiratory physiology in written and oral formats.
Research Design
The attendees of this course will demonstrate that they have mastered the key elements of research design and methodologies employed by scientists on the frontier of modern biomedical research.
