Learn the tools and techniques used during a consulting engagement; including diagnosis, planning, and problem solving.

Consulting Skills

Apply management consulting skills to consulting situations.

Team

Contribute to your project team through timely communication and assuming responsibility for your assigned role.

Demonstrate through a final written and oral report to the client that you are able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
