Carnivore Understanding

The primary objective of this course is for students to achieve a greater understanding of carnivores, their conservation, ecological context, role in preserving biodiversity, the role of predation in ecosystems, specific management and conservation goals, key issues and problems through a review of the literature and a variety of case studies.

  2. information assimilation, synthesis, and presentation,
  3. the methods for becoming well-informed regarding wildlife species of interest.
