Students will be able to list atomic properties, balanced reactions, and important characteristics of transition metals.

Outcome 2

Students will be able to present information orally on transition metal elements, their common uses, oxidation states, and reactions.

Outcome 3

Students will be able to describe instruments used in inorganic chemistry and what information is gained from the instruments.

Outcome 4

Students will learn and use principles of inorganic chemistry to solve problems, understand substances, and develop confidence in the field of transition metal chemistry.
