Course Outcomes: 

Diagnosing Performance

Diagnose the key characteristics of individuals, organizations, and organizational subunits that influence their performance

Analyzing Performance Gaps

Investigate and identify the root causes of performance gaps at the individual, subunit, and organizational levels

Improving Performance

Design interventions to ameliorate performance gaps and evaluate the likelihood that an intervention will successfully meet its objectives

Evaluating Interventions

Evaluate the effectiveness of an intervention after implementation.
