Understand and analyze the theories, processes, and practices used to determine diverse educational outcomes, standards, curriculum, delivery, and materials at the federal, state, district, school, classroom, and student level.

Understand and apply the theories, processes, and practices necessary to support teachers and students in mastering and assessing different levels of academic mastery achieved in reaching the learning targets of a given lesson, unit, and/or course.
